1. On which days is the parking available?
The parking is available on cruise departure days, from 24 September to 20 November 2025.
2. Where is the parking located?
At the “Le Officine” shopping center, on Via Sant’Antonio. Drive up to the third floor (section F) to park. The shuttle stop is located on the second floor, at the rear of the building.
3. How far is the parking from the cruise terminal?
The distance between Le Officine and the Palacrociere terminal is approximately 3.5 km. The shuttle ride takes about 10 minutes, depending on city traffic.
4. How does the shuttle service work?
The shuttle connects the parking area with the Palacrociere terminal: – From Le Officine to Palacrociere: 10:00 to 15:00 – From Palacrociere to Le Officine: 09:00 to 14:00 Shuttles run approximately every hour, but frequency may vary depending on traffic and passenger flow.
5. How much does the shuttle service cost?
Payment must be made directly on board the bus and in a single transaction, as it covers both the outbound and return journey (from the parking to the terminal and back).
– Adults (14+ years): €20 round trip
– Children (3–13 years): €10 round trip
– Children under 3 years: free of charge
The receipt must be kept as proof of payment and shown upon return from the cruise to board the shuttle back to the parking area.
6. What should I do upon arrival? How do I find the shuttle to Palacrociere?
After parking on the third floor (section F), go down to the second floor, where the shuttle stop is located behind the Maisons du Monde store. A Palacrociere staff member will check your name off the list and assist you with boarding.
7. Is the parking supervised?
No, it is a public, unsupervised parking area, partially covered by video surveillance and closed at night with a barrier gate.
8. Is a reservation required?
Yes, a reservation is mandatory. You must complete the online form to secure your parking space and shuttle service. Without a reservation, access to the service is not permitted.
9. What should I do in case of cancellation or if I don’t show up?

10. Is the service accessible for guests with disabilities?
Please note: buses may not be equipped with wheelchair lifts or ramps.
11. What happens if I arrive late for boarding?
No worries. If, for example, your scheduled boarding time is 11:00 and you arrive a few minutes late due to traffic or shuttle delays, you will still be allowed to board. Palacrociere staff are informed and ready to welcome you with flexibility and care.
12. Where can I find the shuttle to return to Le Officine parking after the cruise?
After disembarking and collecting your luggage in the baggage hall, you will find the shuttle waiting in the Palacrociere square, ready to take you back to Le Officine. It is essential to have your receipt from the outbound journey, which must be shown to staff in order to access the return service.
13. Is there a luggage transport service?
No, there is no porter or luggage transport service available. Guests must carry their own luggage, both from the parking area to the shuttle and during the ride to the terminal. All luggage must be kept with you on board the shuttle
