Ship docking services and Multifunction Room management
The activities carried out by the Palacrociere Terminals consist essentially in the organization of services for the port of call of ships and the management of the Multifunction Room, a conference room made available to any applicants.
The total number of external personnel operating in the Palacrociere area, on the occasion of a port of call, can reach about 80 employees.
On the occasion of the ship stopover, the main services offered to passengers are: reception and waiting for guests before boarding, luggage service, car – park cruisers, embarkation and disembarkation of supplies for ships, offloading waste.
The activities mentioned above are outsourced to external companies.
